The NOL is committed to providing a structured, high-quality experience through its membership, community, and learning platform. This Refund Policy outlines how payments are handled and when refunds may apply.

Application Fee

The Application Fee ($99.95) is a one-time, non-refundable payment.

This fee covers:

  • Application processing
  • Account setup
  • Initial onboarding into the platform

Once paid, this fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Membership Fee

The Membership Fee ($9.95 per month) provides access to:

  • Community platform (profiles, groups, messaging)
  • Learning courses and resources
  • Mentorship and development solutions

Refund Terms

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once billed
  • You may cancel your membership at any time
  • Cancellation will stop future billing, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle

Course Access

All courses are provided as digital content.

  • Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued
  • This applies regardless of course completion status

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors resulting in incorrect charges

All requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
The NOL does not store or manage your payment details directly.
